1. Scope of Services

Superqube.ai (the "Company") provides AI-powered software tools, automated workflow implementations, software consulting, and training services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our tools or engaging in our services, you (the "Client") agree to these Terms.

2. AI Outputs and Reliability

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: Our Services utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). AI can "hallucinate" or provide inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information.
  • Informational Purposes Only: All AI-generated outputs, including business analyses, are provided "as-is" for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated output before making business decisions or taking action based on such data.

3. Implementation and Automations

  • Third-Party Dependencies: Our automated workflows rely on third-party platforms. We are not liable for service interruptions, API changes, or data loss caused by these third-party providers.
  • Maintenance: For custom implementations, the Company provides a handover period. Unless a separate maintenance agreement is signed, the Client is responsible for monitoring and managing the workflows post-delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client Data: The Client retains all rights to the data they input into the Services.
  • Company Property: The Company retains all rights, titles, and interests in its proprietary methodologies, code, prompts, and software architecture developed during the provision of Services.
  • Outputs: Upon full payment (or as part of the free service), the Client is granted a non-exclusive right to use the generated outputs for their internal business purposes.

5. Prohibited Use

The Client shall not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our tools.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to scrape data from our platforms without explicit permission.
  • Input sensitive personal data (PII) or classified information into AI-powered tools in violation of GDPR or other privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superqube.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business reputation) arising from the use of AI tools or automated workflows, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in the last 12 months (or 0 USD for free tools).

7. Training and Consulting

  • Training materials provided are for the Client's internal use only and may not be redistributed.
  • Advice given during consulting sessions is based on current AI capabilities, which are subject to rapid change.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our free or paid tools at any time, without notice, if we detect a breach of these terms or for any other operational reason.
